You can reach Santorini by:

a. Plane from or through Athens International Airport with scheduled flights every day.
Approximaτe flight cost/ person: 100- 150 €
Approximate flight time: 30-minutes.

(There are daily flights operating between Athens and Santorini throughout the year with Aegean and Olympic airlines. Santorini airport (JTR) also has several charter flights that operate throughout many European countries.)

b. Ferry/Boat from Piraeus Port, Crete and several Cyclades islands.

Approximate time of travel: 6-8 hours

(Several speedboats, catamarans or ferries come into the port of Santorini every day and connect the island to the rest of the Cyclades, Crete and Piraeus/Athens).
